(5★, San Jose): Shout out to Shaw for making sure my car was repaired and brought back to its pre-accident beauty and functionality. My car was rear-ended and had a lot of damage underneath the bumper. The insurance estimate from the at-fault party was way too low, but Shaw worked with them on my behalf and got everything taken care of without costing me a dime. He's super friendly, kept me constantly updated on the status of repairs, and genuinely seemed to love helping me get everything back in order. I thought the unique color of my car would make it hard to match on the replacement parts, but I honestly can't tell a difference! I hope I don't have to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident again, I'll be bringing my BMW to AW Collision!

(5★, San Jose): I had a great experience working with Shaw after my brand-new Defender was unfortunately involved in an accident. He made sure the repairs were done properly and that OEM parts were used throughout the process. There were some delays with parts being backordered, but Shaw worked with me through the process, kept me updated, and ultimately found a solution to get everything taken care of. I really appreciated his effort to make sure the car was repaired correctly and that I was taken care of throughout what could have been a much more frustrating experience. I’m very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend AW to anyone needing help with their vehicle.

(5★, San Jose): I had two cars sent to this collision centers. One was Audi that Audi in Steven Creek sent me over when my Q5 got hit on the front side. Then when my new BMW had rear-ended, without thinking twice, I just sent it to Mike. Mike took care of everything from handling the insurance and updating me. The accident was the only bad part. Once these guys took over, the made things better. I did not meet or know anyone who worked at the back other than Danny. I can say job well done. They are very thorough. The bumper was being replaced due to reared-end but they check all the screws or anything that might be impacted and they did find other things that need to be replaced. JOB WELL DONE guys! These days, not many places are providing great amazing services, integrities, and treating their customer like family rather than number. Also, they fight for you for the insurance also to make sure everything is done right. If you are looking to get things done right, reach up to this guys. Not only the car was being restored to perfection, when I was picking up the car, the car was detailed and they look the day I picked it up from dealer! Great job guys!

(5★, San Jose): I was dealing with an insurance claim from someone hitting my car (they were at fault). I am a very busy person working 7 days a week so I pushed it off for some time as I just couldn't make the time. Michael the entire time was very patient and let me decide when I was ready. He originally estimated about 2 weeks (give or take). I was worried that was a long time but he explained the complex work of these repairs and offered to order the parts before I dropped off my car to help speed things up. Long story short , Michael was extremely attentive, polite, and professional with the entire process ! I was told to go here by my dad who also went here before and they did not disappoint. The car looks brand new. In addition my car was so very dirty on the inside (i transport dogs as part of my job) so dog hair was covering all floors /carpet and in between every crack and crevice. They made the entire car look brand new and got all the dirt and hair out. Usually i pay about $200 or more for my car to be washed / cleaned on the interior and exterior. Thank you so much ! Not only did Michael handle everything with my insurance, but he also offered for me to leave my rental car at their place to eliminate one less thing for me to do tonight. I have never had an auto body shop offer for me to leave my rental car there. Lastly, not only did he keep me informed throughout the process - but he went the entire mile and offered to do an additional service for me complimentary ! I had 2 plastic parts stolen off of my car a long time ago but haven't had it fixed as I kept getting quoted a very expensive number - i didn't want to fix it for $800-$1K and then have them stolen again. He said he would just do it as a courtesy since the piece could be popped right in. Thank you again to Michael and the team at AW Collision ! I would highly recommend going here and would trust them with my car again in the future !

My service advisor worked tirelessly with a very obstinate insurance company after my car was damaged in a hit and run. Everyone I worked with at AW, from reception, my advisor to the managers treated me with respect and kindness. AW couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
