I needed a bumper repair plus work on the front fender and wheel well; my Audi came back looking better than new. The whole process took about two weeks. They kept me in the loop whenever the scope of work changed and set clear expectations along the way, so there were no surprises. Hector was professional, calm, and reassuring, and always easy to reach. He made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. Although my car was in the shop for about a month, the level of customer service and communication made the entire process much easier. I especially want to recognize Hector Jimenez, who went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. Hector was an excellent communicator, providing regular updates on the status of my vehicle and being upfront about expected delays. While being without a car for an entire month is never ideal, I truly appreciated never having to wonder what was going on or where things stood.
