First make sure everyone is safe, and call 911 if anyone is hurt. Take photos of the damage and the scene, exchange information with the other driver, and call your insurance company to start a claim.
Then call us at (408) 392-1200, even if the car can no longer be driven. We will tell you the next step, and you can have the estimate done the day you bring it in. You do not need to know what is wrong with the car. That is our job to find out.
