Confidence comes standard at AW Collision. Every repair we perform is backed by a written Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship and paint, for as long as you own the vehicle — not a promotional period that quietly expires.
How it works
- What's Covered. Structural body craftsmanship and paint application are covered against defects in our workmanship, for as long as you own the vehicle.
- No Time-Based Expiration. Unlike a mileage- or year-capped warranty, coverage isn't tied to a date — only to ownership.
- OEM Parts Warranty. Genuine manufacturer parts installed during your repair carry their own separate warranty from the manufacturer, on top of our craftsmanship coverage.
- What Can Void Coverage. Subsequent unrepaired damage, unrelated collision damage, or repairs performed by another shop on the same area are not covered under this warranty.
- Making a Claim. Contact any AW Collision location with your original repair details — no paperwork hunt required, we keep your repair record on file.
- Resolution. If a covered issue is found, we correct it at no cost to you.
