Paint Work
A repaint is only invisible if the color, texture, and depth match exactly — that takes more than a spray gun. AW Collision uses computerized color-matching and premium PPG paint systems to blend every repair into the factory finish, panel to panel.
How it works
- Color Analysis. Your vehicle's factory paint code is verified and cross-checked with a computerized color-matching system, accounting for age and fade.
- Surface Preparation. Panels are cleaned, sanded, and primed to the manufacturer's specification so the new paint bonds correctly.
- Blend Zone Planning. We map out exactly how far the paint needs to blend into adjacent panels for a seamless transition.
- Application in a Controlled Booth. Paint is applied in a climate-controlled, downdraft booth to keep dust and temperature from affecting the finish.
- Clear Coat & Cure. A protective clear coat is applied and cured under controlled conditions for durability and depth.
- Final Blend Inspection. We check the match in natural light and under multiple angles before calling the job done.
Paint work is covered under our Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship for as long as you own the vehicle — the same standard we hold every repair to.
