Unibody Repair
Structural integrity isn't visible from the outside, which is exactly why it can't be estimated by eye. We use computerized laser measuring to restore your vehicle's structure to the manufacturer's exact factory spec, not just "close enough."
How it works
- Initial Structural Scan. Laser measuring captures your vehicle's current unibody dimensions against factory tolerances.
- Damage Mapping. Deviations are identified and compared point-by-point to the manufacturer's specification.
- Controlled Pulling & Realignment. Factory-spec equipment restores the structure, monitored in real time against the target measurements.
- Structural Welding. Where sections require replacement, we use factory-spec welding procedures matched to your vehicle's steel or aluminum construction.
- Re-Measurement & Verification. A second laser measurement confirms the structure is back within factory tolerance before body or paint work proceeds.
- Safety Systems Check. ADAS sensors and safety systems tied to the structure are inspected and recalibrated as needed.
Structural repairs are foundational — which is why they're covered by the same Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship we stand behind for as long as you own the vehicle.
